Retail & Web Sales Returns Policy:

HenryCare will refund the purchase price of items returned where the item has not met the customer’s requirements. The return policy applies to goods returned in showroom order and condition within 20 days of purchase. Where Items are not in showroom condition a minimum 25% deduction to the purchase price will be made to enable it to be sold as a second. Hygiene Items once used cannot be returned.

To obtain a refund the goods must be returned to either a HenryCare office or central warehouse with the receipt of sales invoice and a refund will be given.

If the goods are being freighted back to the central warehouse they need to be securely wrapped and taped Be sure the package is insured as HenryCare does not accept return freight charges or responsibility for loss or damage. If in doubt about a return contact us and we will advise you.
